About GameBot
GameBot is a demo bot for the Telegram Gaming Platform, run by Telegram itself. Its profile says it can fetch a few fun sample games to play, and it exists mostly to show developers what a game inside a chat looks like.
The Telegram documentation points to @gamebot, together with @gamee, as examples of what the platform can do: solo games, or games where players in a group or a one-on-one chat compete against each other. No wallet, no token and no sign-up beyond Telegram.
